Why is evaluating the impact of chamomile on stress important?

Stress and anxiety are among the problems that a high percentage of individuals in society experience. More than 50% of people suffer from stress-related issues during different periods of life, whether in the workplace, at home, or elsewhere. The current methods used for controlling or treating stress have two major problems:

  1. These methods have low effectiveness.
  2. They have side effects.

Herbal plants like chamomile are natural alternatives that are free from side effects. Therefore, they do not have the issues associated with pills and chemical medications used for calming and relieving individuals.
